Here's what has taken my time for the past several weeks. Our quilt group also makes Christmas Stockings for kids in foster care here in Tucson. This year we made and I handed out over 1,100 stockings to anyone who wanted to fill them for kids. Our sox go to the Cub Scouts, Pack 299, the Girl Scouts, church groups and the social service organization, AVIVA, all filling them for kids across the greater Tucson area.

Stockings Awaiting Santa

WOW! WOW! WOW! Look at all those wonderful stockings! You ladies did a terrific job and must be so proud of yourselves. Applause! Applause! You are certainly going to put a smile on a lots of faces.
Wow, busy busy girls. that is quite a nice thing you all do for the past 7 years making these stockings.......
