Here is a 'shaker' postcard that was part of a swap I joined last year for Valentine's Day. The center is cut out and a clear plastic sheet is placed behind the cutout. Then I added confetti and beads to make it shake. All the uglies were hidden by the top fabric and then the heart shaped was top stitched. It was a fun one to make and something I had not tried before. I was left with several heart-shaped cutouts from the Peltex so saved them for some future project. This project is shown below!
