These red shoes were a good choice for those big feet! I guess the doll was originally designed to be a toe dancer, but mine flunked out, so she gets to wear red shoes instead! I traced her foot for the sole and then sketched the topside. Cut the pattern, topside is on fold and handstitch with black pearl cotton and blanket stitch all the way around. The 'button' is a black felt 1/4" punch hole that I glued on top of the strap.
